My Experiences

I hold an MBA in HR & Marketing, an M.Ed, and a B.Ed, and I'm a 4-time UGC NET qualifier with over 5 years of teaching experience spanning both K-12 and Higher Education. Currently, I work as a Subject Matter Expert on Chegg, providing academic support to students globally.

Previously, I've served as an Assistant Professor teaching HR, Business Communication, and Marketing to MBA/BBA cohorts, and as a Science Teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya and M.R. Scindia Public School.

My teaching method blends concept-based learning with digital tools—I design my own lesson plans, create engaging Teaching Learning Materials (TLM) , and use presentations and online assessments to make learning stick.

I believe in personalized interventions: monitoring student progress, adapting my approach, and mentoring them through presentations, group discussions, and personality development.
