Only the tutors will be making payments to buy a subscription plan.

• The tutors cannot cancel the subscription plan to view the students' contact details.

• Once the payment is done to buy a plan, under any circumstances the payment can't be refunded.

• If you tried to purchase a plan and money is deducted from your account but didn't get the subscription, you will get a refund from your bank within 14 days. In case you don't get the refund, we will enable your subscription plan for which you made the payment.
