I am a post graduate in Engineering. After my education, I worked as lecturer in Cochin University, Kochi, Kerala, India. Then I worked as an Application Engineer in a private company. My passion for teaching brought me back to this and I have been creating a positive learning environment for past 3 years.
I make the children understand the why behind the concepts and not just the steps to solve the problems. I breakdown difficult ideas into clear manageable steps. Since every child learns different, I adapt my teaching style, pace and method to match each child. I create a safe supportive environment where children feel comfortable asking questions.
I use interactive tools and visual methods which help students develop an in-depth understanding of concepts. Building strong conceptual foundations, improving student's performance through personalized learning plan and regular assessments and progress tracking are the main attributes of my classes.
