I hold a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Psychology, with a PG Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and have qualified UGC-NET. Currently, I work as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Stella Maris College, Chennai. My teaching methods include interactive discussions, real-life examples, case-based learning, presentations, and engaging activities to simplify complex concepts. I focus on creating a supportive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and conceptual understanding.
