Since I have worked as a lecturer, I adapt teaching methodologies where students find to grasp in an easy way. All the lessons are planned and well executed with the Q&A sessions at the end of the class.I will help the students to understand the core concept of lessons. Through periodic assessment, I will come to know about the student's progress. A monthly discussion with the parents can help me to understand where exactly improvement needs to be done.
