I am a final-year Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) student with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and biological sciences. My academic training has given me an in-depth understanding of the human body's structure and function, which allows me to break down complex physiotherapy and biology concepts into simple, easy-to-understand explanations for students at different levels. I have experience teaching foundational science subjects including Anatomy, Physiology, and Biology, along with helping students prepare for BPT exams and vivas. My approach combines conceptual clarity with visual learning — I use diagrams, real-life examples, and mnemonic techniques to make challenging topics like musculoskeletal anatomy, neurophysiology, and human systems easier to retain. My teaching method is student-centered. I begin by assessing a student's current understanding, then build lessons around their pace and learning style. I encourage active recall and regular practice questions rather than passive reading, since this is especially effective for exam-oriented and viva preparation. For younger students, I focus on connecting biology and science topics to everyday examples to keep learning engaging and relatable. I am comfortable teaching online and have experience creating structured study materials, so students not only learn the subject but also walk away with organized notes and revision resources they can use independently. My goal is to help each student build genuine understanding and confidence, not just memorize answers for exams.
